MyDutyFree is a platform for pre-selecting products in duty-free stores. We help you browse the assortment of a specific store, make an online pre-selection of branded items with an additional discount of up to –5%, and pick them up during your trip at airports or land border crossings.
You choose the border crossing point or airport you will travel through and make a pre-selection of your favorite brands online. Your order is instantly sent to the store, where it is collected and prepared for your arrival. You can pick up and pay for the products directly at the duty-free store.

Why is the website price lower than in-store?
You automatically save up to –5% on each product because you pre-order online. The discount applies only to items selected through the MyDutyFree service.
Can I pay online or have the order delivered to my home?
No. Legislation prohibits shipping duty-free products by mail. The main advantage of the service is the ability to browse the assortment in advance and reserve what you need. Payment and pickup are done only in-store after passport control.
When and how is payment made?
No payments are made on the website. You pay directly at the selected store when you receive your products. Accepted payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, and cash.
In which currency can payment be made?
You can pay in euros, dollars, pounds, or the local currency.
Please note: store prices are set in euros. Prices in other currencies on the website are approximate and may vary depending on the bank exchange rate on the day of purchase.
Can the product be returned or exchanged?
According to international trade rules, duty-free products of proper quality cannot be exchanged or returned. If you receive a product of inadequate quality, be sure to contact the MyDutyFree support service.
How to place a Pre-order?
Register or log in via Google or email — this will give you access to selecting products with additional discounts and promotions. Choose a border crossing point, add products to your cart, and specify your travel date. We will prepare your order for your arrival.
Where can I pick up my order?
You collect your package at the duty-free store after passing passport control. Stores are located at car and bus border crossings, as well as in airports.
Remember: home delivery is not available — pickup is only possible in person at the border.
Which products are eligible for a discount?
The discount applies to all products pre-selected online through MyDutyFree.
Can I change my order on-site?
Yes. You can refuse any product before payment by notifying the cashier. You can also cancel your order yourself in your Personal Account at any time before your trip.
How to cancel a Pre-order?
Plans changed? You can easily cancel your order in your profile. Go to your profile and select “My Orders”.
The shared cart is a tool that allows other people to add products to your order.
It’s a convenient way to gather friends’ and family’s wishes into a single reservation and receive the purchases in one package with a discount.
How it works:
Place an order on the website, click “Share Cart,” and send the link to your friends — they can add their items to your reservation themselves.
Important: currently, the shared cart feature is available only on the mydutyfree.net website.
This option is not yet available in the mobile app.
On the website, you can reserve any number of products, but it is important to follow border crossing rules.
Customs limits depend on the country you are entering.
What you should know:
• Follow the rules. The buyer is responsible for complying with customs regulations.
• If limits are exceeded, goods may be confiscated or taxed.
• Check locally. Cashiers in stores usually have up-to-date information on the customs regulations of the destination country.
